The Signature dishes are deboned duck tongues in chinese marinade /chinese marinade platter with sliced goose. Pig’s intestines and pork belly with a side tofu. Braised vegeterian stuffed with preserved tofu, and cold pomfret (a kind of fish). Definitely the ultimate homemade cantonese-style broth that no MSG is used another must order.

Fresh is the word to describe these chinese marinated meat. Its not like the usual Very salty and dark sauce that we used to have, a little freshness u feel (just like eating mint) in it, absolutely not thirsty after consuming.
Its amazing how detailed the way they hand sliced the meat which look exactly like the photo on the menu. The presentation makes every customer feels important because they take pride in not just the taste but also the appearances. It just gives all the reason to queue up for hours for a special meal like this.

inI lost my password to get into this account and finally I am back!
The perfect time to do outdoor shoot is either 7am to 9am and 4pm to 6pm depending on the location of sunrise and sunset. The lighting will be soft and cooling is the main factor. But enjoying cool air comes with a price of waking up real early. We woke up at 3:30 am and start the make up at 4:30am.
Morning shoot will be better than afternoon shoot so as to avoid crowds to increase efficiency.
Keeping our eyes wide open is a challenge. But the seeing the result of these gorgeous photos is all worth it!
I always looked forward to “twins” photoshoot. Hui Bing and I have alot in common that made this “twins” effect possible. We are almost the same height and similar long oval face.
